Okey, it's been a while since I've made a journal so here's what I've been doing, I bought a few games, interesting things happened at work, got injured, and celebrated my Dad's birthday...so let's start things off with what games I got!

First game was Dragon Quest: Swords for the Wii. Lot's of fun, good challenge against the later bosses of the game, but the story itself is rather short. There's also this thing with Medal Coins, collect enough and trade them for rare items, throughout the whole game I've only managed to get about 80 medals in 11 hours...I still need 20 more to get the best armor in the game. The game takes place about five years after a great evil was slayed, and the son of one of the heroes was gonna have his 16th birthday the next day. On that day he must take on a traditional trial to be claimed a Man among his people. Afterwards you learn that the queen, one of the heroes, has gone missing! So her son, Prince Alec, goes with you to find her in the forest, you meet some French girl known as Fleurette who needs your help in finding her brother, who is also one of the heros 5 years ago. Later on you learn about the evil mask the Queen wears, you destroy it, and find out the mask was used to stop the return of the Evil One who was reviving within Fleurette's brother. So you go to the Mirror World to repair the mask, get a sword to kill the Evil One permanently and save the world!

The next game I got was Dark Cloud 2 for the PS2. Tons of fun, deep story, great and challenging RPG with plenty of sidequests/minigames to try. It starts out with you playing as a girl who must fight some evil guards, then you see that her father has been assassinated by some evil dude. Then we move on to a different place and time when you meet the other character you play as: Maximilian (Max), he's an innovated inventor who receives a strange red stone from his father. The circus is in town and during the show Max uncovers the fact that Floatsam, the Ringleader, is searching for the red stone for some evil deeds. He learns that Max has it and starts chasing after him, soon enough you head outside the city and learn that the world outside the city is laid waste! You get on a train and start exploring the world when Floatsam shows up trying to destroy the train. All seemed lost until the girl from the beginning shows up to save the day. She then explains that she is from the future, where the world is being destroyed by Emperor Griffon. She heads to the past to help restore the Origin Points of the world to fix everything in her time. She then explains the stone Max has, it is an Atlamellia Stone, and she has one herself. The red allow you to go forward in time up to 100 years, the blue allows you to go back up to 100 years in the past. SO, you go through these dungeons and take on a ton of monsters and get materials to rebuild the world, learn more about Griffon. The game include many things, including minigames like Spheda (golf) and Fishing Contests and Fish racing. And there are people who will join you on your quest to rebuild the world, and an extra chapter/dungeon you can do after beating the game. Took me over 50 hours to finish it.

Then the next game I got is New Super Mario Bros. Wii!!! You know the story, Peach's B-day, Koopalings kidnap her, and you go and save her. Beat it, lot's of fun! Didn't expect Bowser to get Giant in the last part.

Now for work, I learned that the assistant manager, Bethany is leaving to take on a new job as Manager at Mountain Mike's Pizzeria. She's wanting me to work for her there, which would be good for me, more hours, better pay, closer to home.

Now about the part about my injury...I burned my arm during work yesterday and it...HURTS!! DX I'm right now wearing a soaked hand towel wraped together with a robe strap to keep it on my arm. I should have been more careful when closing that oven door. <:/

and Tonight, the family got together to celebrate my Dad's Birthday, had cake and a dinner I couldn't eat. (lol)

And that's about it. ...I've been thinking about making a comic series about the chronicles of Wisp's Journey to bring forth the Age of Light to the universe...but there'd be TOO much to go through with that. This would include Wisp going to all kinds of worlds, including worlds be believe to be fiction...9_9;

Complaints: There will be some spelling errors. I haven't mastered the whole Party changer thing, so stick with whoever you want to use in your party, because the other characters outside the party won't gain EXP.
